Strawberry seedlings, first leaf turned yello.

Can someone help me?
These sprouted some days ago and everything was fine.
today suddenly the first true leaf turned yellow. the other two seed leafs stayed green.
seedlings have enough water as they are being watered from below , in a "boot tray" sitting in an half an inch of water, just what i used to sprout them.
It was very warm today but they where not exposed to too much direct sunlight.
why did they turned yellow ?
is this reversible?
