Saplings Dampening Off

I have five seeds in little plastic pots that are dampening off. One has actually sprouted and is starting its first leaf. The others haven't sprouted and I'm pretty sure they're not going to.

I really want to know if there is a way I can save the one that is growing. The seed itself is completely fuzzy. This is a tree seed- Kowhai- that I brought back from New Zealand and really want to survive, but I'm afraid I have ruined it.

try spraying it with peroxide. but it sounds like it is too late already.

You can try transplanting it into fresh potting mix and plant it with the affected part of the stem below the soil level in the new mix. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Then reduce the watering. The peroxide spray 1:10 can't hurt, might help.
