My giant pumpkin plants got frosted inside their cold frames. Some of the plants still have green leaves at the base, but the rest are wilted badly. Will they survive or have I lost them?

If they are still normal with green at the base then only the tops were frozen and the roots and plant is still viable. It will however set them back, because all the top growth will die.

I would say they are gone and it would be best to start some more seeds incase they don't recover
