Do these angled luffa seedlings need up-potting already?

My angled luffa seedlings sprouted about a week ago, and they are starting to grow their true leaves. I watered them 2 days ago, but noticed today that the soil has already dried up.

Does this mean that they are already getting root bound, and need up-potting already?

Yep, they do. If not root bound quite yet they very soon will be.

They dried up again today, so I guess they are pretty much root-bound by now. I'll need to move them up to bigger pots tomorrow.

After separating them into their own pots, I have used up all the space underneath the t5 light.

Hopefully it warms up outdoors soon so I can get these guys outdoors.
