| I'm trying to grow palms from seed. I have a few kinds, like dwarf fan palms and Phoenix canariensis. What is the general percentage of the seeds that grow and how do you do it? |

| scarify seed..... soak in water for 24 hours THEN lightly cover seed soil temperature 75-80F takes 21-540 days to germinate. |

| Today I have just found 9 germinated seeds out of the Batch of 30! 2 months to germinate... But I'm happy now! The roots are Absolutely huge... :) |
