Hi, This is my first year growing peppers, and many of them are already displaying their 4th set of leaves (as you can see in the pic). My question is: when are they ready to go into the garden bed? Should I wait until their blooming or flowering, etc. ? Thanks.

Plant them now.
|
They are ready. Make sure to harden them off by letting them be outside for longer times each day to get used to the strong sun and different environment. They can go out as soon as they are growing strongly with some leaves.

Roger that! Thanks, guys!
