Tomato Seedlings Limp

I know this is my second post in a row, but I also had problems with my tomato seedlings. They all sprouted, but became thin and stringy. We tried repotting them in peat pots last weekend but all but 2 or 3 died right after. Were they not strong enough to be repotted. I am assuming whatever I did wrong with my flowers (see other post) is to blame for my failure at tomatoes.(Which are supposed to be easy to grow so I hear)

Probably same as the petunias, not enough light. Tomatoes can be repotted with most of the stem under the soil, so I would give them a bit of time to recover and then do that. It looks like many are too far gone, but I see a few in the pic that should come back fine.
