| Hi, i'd like to ask something about seed cold stratification. I germinated lots and lots of strawberry seeds that i picked right from the fruit without cold stratification. now i bought some strawberry seeds from a few suppliers of different verities. i put them in a damp paper towel and after a week 3 seeds germinated, but about 100 other seeds did not, they just got swollen and got a bit darker. now after 4 weeks still nothing. can i do seed cold stratification after the seeds where on a dump paper towel for a month? A couple of days ago i put them in the fridge (as they are on the dump paper towel) hoping it would do. |
