| I am trying to propigate a Desert Rose by collecting seeds from the plant I have. Has anyone done this successfully? My seeds do not sprout. |

| I soak the seed in water for 4 hours then lightly cover ... soil temp 65-70F & took 7-14 days to germinate..... |
