| Has anyone ever grown Tiger Lilies (Lilium philadelphicum) or Spider Lily (Lycoris Radiata) from seed? My grandmother always had these flowers and I would love to grow some. Am I better off buying bulbs if I can find them?

| Many people have these flowers in there garden in the fall or early spring many will be willing to share some bulbs.. otherwise store the seed at 40F (in refrigator vegi storage) for 120 days then lightly cover the seed soil temp for germination 55-60F & takes 30-90 days to germinate. takes 2-3 years to flower. |
