help choosing seed

Hi Guys , desperately need your help choosing between Bermuda and Zoysia seeds.
I live in the Caribbean . I have a 12000 sq ft are to cover . Contemplating Princess 77 or Bermuda Triangle , however i can only mow once per week. Should i consider those or any other bermuda or should i go with zenith zoysia ?

I've had both over the years and my choice would definitely be Zoysia. Bermuda is much more invasive and harder to control than Zoysia.
