Plant database in regards to seed treatment?

Hi, new to propagation in general.

I've rooted some cuttings this year which I'm pretty happy about even though they've been very simple things, Elderberry, Willows.

But I'd like to start propagating by seed to see what kinds of things I could get out of it over the years.

I'm having trouble though in that there's a lot of perennials which require scarification / stratification but I'm not having a whole lot of luck finding a database which has information / tips on a species basis.

Considering how useful it is to horticulture I would think there'd be one out there so if anyone has any ideas would appreciate it. :)

At the moment though, elderberries I read can be acid treated and then refrigerated for about a month if I'm not mistaken.
