| we often get shipments of star fruit at our local grocery store. I know star fruit seeds have a short life, but are the seeds like rambutans, for instance, keeping viable much longer if left in the fruit and start to die once removed. if i plant the seeds from the fruit from the grocery store, will they grow |

| Yes they will grow, however in your zone they will not survive unless you take specific precautions. They can not be grown outdoors in the winter, you can grow most Tropical Fruits in Non-Tropical regions if you do it correctly. We just released a free ebook on this.
