Kumatos

I kept seeds from spring of 2010 in an envelope and planted them in starter pots this past April 2011. I had 15 plants which produced and are still producing these wonderful Kumatos purple/red medium ones. They are a hit with the family and neighbours and my 15 plants probably produced 20 or so pounds. Today I picked 17 kumatos and there are about 20 more to rippen. Well worth the TLC we gave them and a treat from the horrible woody tomatoes in the stores.
