Left some seeds in freezing weather

Hey gardening folks!
Recently, I found some vegetable and flower seeds that I had accidentally left outside. I am wondering, are they still viable although they have been outside in the freezing cold?

That probably depends on several things. There's an old thread here on GardenWeb (see link below) that might be helpful.
