Artic Fire Dogwood shrub problem

Can anyone help me figure out why my new Arctic Fire look like this? Very healthy when planted, new growth continues, but larger leaves VERY unhealthy. June was really wet, could that be it? No obvious bugs.

Thanks!

Not to worry as it is just the lower leaves that look bad while the new gorwth looks healthy. Just give the plant a chance to establish a root system and this problem will go away.
