planted in raised bed, full sun, water is overspray from rotataing lawn sprinkler, 40 mins, ea day; had red flowers first year nothing since,only the buds, am i doing it rite, thank you, see pic

Did you not save the plant tag or sales receipt? Looks like a viburnum. Looks evergreen too but too hard to tell without more clear pics.
