Aren't there a number of ivies that do that?

The habit and colour are reminiscent of Lysimachia nummularia which is often used in window boxes. But it is very far away.

Still too far away to be sure.

Starting to look like Calibrachoa. That is, if you mean the flowering plants on the left. Subject to change though, as picture comes increasingly into focus!

I think the trailing plants in the two pictures are not the same. I think the first is Lysimachia nummularia. The second, especially since it is intermingled with an orthodox coloured Bougainvillea could be a yellow/orange flowered Bouganvillea.

Yep, could be a bougie, but really, I have no idea what plant the question is directed at!
