Does anyone know what this shrub is called? Its planted at my school in Sacramento CA. Thanks for your help.

could be an umbrella pine.. but i cant focus close enough to tell ...

and if it is.. its not a happy one..

closeup and aligned upright might help

Yes, it will be a podocarp.
