help with ligustrums

I recently (2 wks ago) planted 10 ligustrums (wax-leaf) to use one day for privacy. I've been watering them - but noticed the smaller leaves (like new growth)which were there when we planted them are curly up - like they need water - Out of the 10 plants 7 are doing this. What do I need to do? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'll try to post a pic. Well can't figure out how to do that.
