Brown Boxwoods

Hello,

We had an unusually dry and cold winter here in North Texas. My boxwoods did fine until our last hard freeze, which happened in early March. Right after that they turned brown almost overnight. There is very little green left. There had been some new growth on them that was totally destroyed. Had I been paying more attention I would have covered and watered them, but we have three small children, and well, sometimes I forget to take care of things outside. :-( Wondering now how to tell if they are dead and if there is anything I can do.
