I am looking for suggestions for a group of shrubs that will be planted along the north side of our yard. This area is our sideyard, so any shrub needs to be fairly narrow or prunable (less than 6' or so) and must tolerate mostly shade (side gets some sun in late afternoon). Right now I am leaning toward Mapleleaf viburnum but am open to suggestions. Ideally I'd like something with a lot of spring and/or fall interest. Thanks!
