Pruning Spirea betulifolia 'Tor'

This shrub has just finished blooming, and I want to keep it about the size it is. Do I cut it back to stubs as I do in late winter with some other spireas?

Oh Ken...cultivar does matter when maintaing spirea. There is a huge difference between maintaining Anthony Waterer and Bridal Wreath.

Here is a link that might be useful: Pruning

Interesting link...that nursery is one of the top nurseries in my area (and midwest for that matter).

Its one of the first nurseries, that I've seen, that highly stressed that you shouldn't prune the leader of a fir or spruce.
