Help, my evergreen shrub is starting to turn yellowish

When I purchased my house 2 years ago, it come with a evergreen shrub of some kind (in a box shape). It's leave are a dark green needles. I am thinking it's some sort of yew.

This year, I notice that one shrub is less green than the other. I checked for bugs, but it's been too cold around here lately (back down to the 40's)

I did do a soil test. It said that the PH is 7.5. Everything else is pretty much normal, but I have very high organic material, high magnesium, and very low phosphorous. The guy at the garden store suggested adding some iron.

Last year, we had several feet of snow. I thought the bushes were crushed but it came back OK. It's been raining a lot lately, too (yew supposedly don't like to be overwatered), but it rain a lot before and we didn't have this problem.

What do you suggest I do?

Thanks.

Paul
