| Hello,
I live in Maryland and I picked a wild vine that looks and acts exactly like a Wisteria except it does not bloom..... Is anyone familiar with a wild variety of wisteria in the northeast ??? I put a small vine in a pot about three years ago and it is now about 10feet tall... I will post a picture when I figure out how.. |

| Asian wisterias have naturalized in a number of places. They take a long time to bloom - like 7-10 years. That could very well be what you have. |

| Why not release that poor, frustrated wisteria from the sad bondage of its pot? Plant the wisteria in the open ground so that it's able to roam freely, and it will soon reward you with a spectacular lavender/purple display of fragrant blooms. |
