I live in the nw Chicago suburbs and have fallen in love with glossy leaves of the Faulkner boxwood. I want to use them in the front of my house, facing north, about 10 feet away from the house. Somewhat protected from winter winds, etc. They are advertised as zone 5 but everything I read about them is usually from zones south of here.

Does anyone have them in their gardens? How do they do? Do I take a chance and buy 5 of them?
