Tea Olive

I have some damage to the leaves of my Tea Olive. Some sort of infestation? We had a pretty harsh winter, but it seems to have come back with new growth. If you can recommend a way to proceed with some sort of care, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

    Nuguy,
Does the shrub get alot of morning sun?
How much sun does it get in a day?
If you haven't noticed, wait til your next day off, and make a note as to how much sun the tea olive gets every day.
    It has a fungus.
Air movement, alot of sun, should help big time for it.
Are there other plants planted right next to it?
If there are, there isn't enough air movement around it.
Get the pine bark away from the trunk also.
    It should be alright.
Look up fungus and tea olive online.
