David, is that in your garden? Does it run? I had one planted for a number of years but it was running all over the place. I'd find shoots 10 feet away from the main plant. I finally shovel-pruned it. Wish I had a really large sunny spot where I could have let it really do its thing. They really are something when they're in full bloom. My local nursery has one and not a single runner and I saw a standard form in Paris that was amazing which is what I was trying to emulate in my garden to no avail.

it moves back and forth in a relatively small area-sometimes in the front sometimes in the back-messed with making it a standard but it absolutely refused to cooperate
