| Hi- I have a few of these growing FAST in my yard in Northern Virginia. Any idea what they are? (I don't know how to put an image in a post- sorry) :( |

| I also live in Northern VA and have seen these growing. Not sure what it is, but they grow fast as lightning and are hard to eradicate. I do not think it is a dogwood. |

| Well another shrub with opposite leaves might be one of the invasive shrub honeysuckles like Lonicera maackii or L. morrowii. |
