I have Emerald Gaiety euonymus, no berries but similar in habit. You don't need a trellis, just plant it close to the wall. It will climb up the wall naturally as it spreads. So give it time, at least a year, maybe two, to do it's thing.

Frosty Pearl may be a trademark or other marketing device. Is there a cultivar name on the tag, presented in single quotes? Try searching for that on the interent, for better targeted hits.

If it is also patented and the PP number is given on the tag or you have seen it elsewhere, you can try searching the USPTO web site for a full description.

I have another variegated euonymous planted near a shady wall of the house, and when weeding this week discovered that it had grown up under my siding. I have no idea why it would want to seek that out but the 2 ft vine I pulled out was healthy and had leaves on it, even tho there was no light under the siding. We have had trouble with carpenter ants so definitely don't want any plants creating traffic lanes into the walls.

All to say - I wouldn't plant euonymous too close to the house. I have seen those eu's go into a mounded shape when they have nothing to climb

Ok, looking further at the tag it states:

Frosty Pearl - Euonymus fortunei 'Duncanata variegated vegeta'

Somewhere I read that it was created here in MI and released to market in 2007.

And now that I planted it, I think I'm gonna have to move the hose reel eventually... Ack!
