privacy hedge partial shade slight slope

Hello,
Any ideas for a privacy hedge for an area on a slight slope that gets direct sun between 11 and 2pm but otherwise is shaded by a few tall oaks? Looking for 4-5 feet tall and up. I love the look of arborvitaes but I think we will have trouble with the amount of shade.
