Lantana spacing

I just received 5 lantanas (camara/ montevidensis hybrid) in 2L pots. I want to plant them in the ground, but the tag doesn't say anything about spacing. It says they will grow about 3' high and wide. How far apart should I plant them?

I'm new to the gardening thing, so I'm pretty clueless. Thanks for any help.

When I grew them in Long Beach, CA, they went to 6 foot diameter. Your choice as to h ow rapidly you want them to cover the ground.
