a variegated bluebeards mist ....

a lot of winter damage.. first 6 inches of every branch needs to be trimmed out.. that is why no pic of the whole ... lol ...

thoughts.. comments ..innuendo.. out and out lies???

Interesting...I just bought two of these this year. Certainly a different look from yours...far more yellow. I actually quite like the colour of yours but how old is it and is it in full sun? My plan for these are to treat them like any other Caryopteris and cut it to the ground every early Spring. Maybe that would freshen the new growth? It would certainly tighten up the plant, which looks to be growing pretty straggly. I would chop it to the ground or at leat, do so next Spring.

we have had a very cool long spring ....

i think.. most of the lime in the pics.. will be yellow.. if the sun ever comes out ....

if you think of it.. remind me in a month for an updated pic ...
