The leaves on my holly bushes turned brown. There are some green leaves but not many. Is the plant dead or dying??? What can I do to help/improve and bring this plant back to good condition??? Thanks for your help.

RE: Holly Bushes leaves turned brown

winter damage .. like hundreds of other posts ...

you give it another month or so ... to get its act together ... then cut out all the dead stuff ..

and then decide if you like what is left ... if not... get rid of it ...

and you are going to have to accept thats its recovery is in tree/shrub years... not annual/perennial years ... in other words... it might take a number of years.. to return to its former glory ... not many things like this will recover in one season ...

again.. if you cant wait.. get rid of it ..
