The first year it bloomed great. Second year, no blooms. This spring, only one flower ready to bloom. There were no spring frosts and it wasn't pruned . I use plant tone to fertilize. What is going on here? Perhaps it still needs to establish its root system? Was the first bloom just the result of it being pampered in the nursery?
