Something is eating my Viburnums

I don't know the variety of my viburnums. There are small holes in many of the leaves-some leaves are 1/3 gone. I looked yesterday and didn't see the culprits, so I cannot be helpful with what is eating them. I think this has been going on for 2-3 weeks now. They are not the shiney leaf variety-more of a fuzzy leaf type.
