| can anyone tell me the name of this shrub or bush? also, do you happen to think it may have a disease as the leaves are falling off?

| Eponymous japanicus aureomarginatus. Looks good to me. Just cut out what is dead. I have to really protect mine from deer that love to eat them. |

| here is a picture of the leaves..some are falling off. can anyone recognize what is wrong with the shrub?
