What's happening to my Burning Bush

| Within the last week to 2 weeks they have started looking really stressed out. We had about 3 weeks of heavy rain almost everyday... I'm wondering if they just go too much water??? My neighbor says I need to feed them. But I thought I'd run it by all you experts! The edges look burnt but they are not dry. They actually feel very silky and soft.
Here are some pics:

One question is planted under a overhang of the house? Also too small of an area for burning bush. It could be to much water

I have 5 plants and all of them are planted up next to the front of my house. The eaves about 17"... but it doesn't protect them at all. I live in Utah and many many many homes have them planted like I do. I don't think the area is to small by any means. They are not invasive here. I'm just hoping that someone will be able to recognize whats going on. Thanks for any comments!!! I really appreciate them all!

It's way too big for that spot. Hard to say for sure, and personally these shrubs confuse me with their symptoms, but looks like a nutrient deficiency from here - K or Ca maybe? If the necrosis is soft, doesn't sound like salt buildup, but looks like that symptom in some respects... Your typical home in your typical suburb has cr*ppy fill in the beds next to the house & are usu amended perfunctorily. Dan

Drying from the edges like that means they're dry at the roots. Water and repeat as needed. To know when, stick a finger in the soil of the root area. Is it moist, wet, or dry?.

untrimmed Burning bush will grow to 4 to 5 ft High and wide it looks like nutrient deficiency caused by a wrong PH. Take a sample to your local Extension office and they can pinpoint what's wrong
