| Can I prune my holly bushes now? I neglected to prune them, and they have grown to big. Thanks for your help. |

| If you cut them way back now you may see some burning of the suddenly exposed interiors. Otherwise pruning now would allow the rest of the growing season to sprout some new growth. If you aren't going to cut them so hard the outermost shell of most-exposed foliage is removed completely, doing it now should be fine. |
