You can clip them over lightly now with the shears. No problem. I have several box bushes and I never feed them at all- even the ones in pots seem fine.

trimming his buchsbaum and he makes it look so easy. Notice how he uses a good, sharp, pair of shears and interesting how he dips them in water.
As for me, I've given up on boxwood long ago, way too many problems in my part of the world.

And up next ....... paint drying. 6 minutes to show someone cutting a hedge. Talk about sledgehammers and nuts. There's is really nothing to it. Box is utterly forgiving.

thanks for both of your input. i watched the video despite not speaking german ( i speak dutch and english lol) When will my boxwoods be full like that? How long does it take? Also why are mine such a light green color and not a bright or a dark green?

New growth is a light green. It will darken as it matures.
