There are a number of yellow foliaged junipers and this is one of them. Exact name is hard to determine as many of them look very similar.

And that one is much too near road and driveway. In another few years, it will have to be mutilated to keep it out of the road and driveway.

and if you get a close up of the foliage.. you MIGHT get a ID there ...

looks a lot like daubs frosted ... or as noted.. any of the many similar yellow juniper ... ID might also be hard.. if it has already been butchered.. rather than in natural shape/form
