I planted some My Monet Weigelas this spring. Several have very brown leaves as pictured. ANy ideas what may be causing this? Pictured is a healthy looking one followed by a brown one

On new woody plantings, brown tips often means needs more water to the original rootzone.

any info you can provide.. besides a little leaf scorch would most likely be helpful like: where are you otherwise it looks just like mine.. fried by the seemingly neverending drought and heatwave that just ended.. water deeply and PROPERLY ... and look forward to next year .. ken
