| Hi all,
I planted one of these last fall and it seemed to do pretty well. This year, it started off ok, but the have been sort of prematurely turning red in places. Also, the new top growth will sprout, get an inch or two long, then wilt and die. Any ideas why it would be doing this...I think it gets plenty of water and doesn't get too much sun. I'm thinking it could that it only gets sun for a couple hours during a hotter part of the day (from about 11-4, so maybe a little shock...any ideas are appreicated. Scott |

| 'thinking' it gets enough water really is not good enough .... for a recent transplant .... FIND OUT ... and a quick google search ought to tell you whether the minimum light it is getting is enough ... early color change... on trees.. is usually associated with a long hard drought .... ken |
