Please help to identify

I wonder it's a schrub. I've just moved to a new apartment, then I saw this schrub at my lawn. I would like to know what schrub/tree it's before removing it. I hope someone can identify it. Thanks.

It's looking like one of the viburnums to me, likely blackhaw, but heck it could be a cherry too.
It would help to know A) do you expect it was planted or just happened there? B) where are you ?

I live in Berlin, Germany. I've just bought the apartment. The plant is already there, someone planted it. I asked the tenant who lived there, he said the plant was there before him and he didn't know what plant it's.

Thanks for the helps. I found the answer on another website. It's Malus sylvestris.
