| I let this one get away from me! My snowball bush is so tall it can hardly hold itself up. It's higher than my neighbor's roof. While I love the screening, I know I have to tackle the pruning, but I'm not sure how to begin...
Chainsaw the whole thing? Prune one-third? How high should I make the cuts? I don't want to go at it so harshly that it makes big sucker branches! Any suggestions? |

| Chainsaw the whole thing? Prune one-third? IMHO.. either.. if you do the whole.. you might miss bloom next season .. all cuts at ground level... with no insult to the ginormous root structure.. it will be back to half size.. by end of next year ... see link ken |
