Moving Blue Mist Shrub Caryopteris

I have a very young and small Blue Mist Shrub Caryopteris that is almost ready to bloom. It is right where I want to put some lilies so wondering if I could move it successfully at this time? (If not I can wait) But thought I would ask just incase it would do fine. I can and would get a good root ball. Thanks

Better to wait until dormancy......but if you must move it now....get as much as the root ball as possible.....water it very well in its new location and shield the foliage from the sun's rays until the foliage has recovered...this will prevent leaf scorch......
