 o
idea to shade a window....

Despite having a solar screen my two year old daughter's room gets a little warm in the summer. Her window faces south. We live in Keller just north of Fort Worth, Texas. Any ideas on a nice shrub I could plant next to the foundation that would provide nice shade? The top of the window is around eight feet off the ground.

Are you sure that you want to completely block the window with a plant of some sort?
