It's a Juniper and it needs to be outside.

It's a bit young to be certain about which of the junipers you have. Parsoni is a favorite as a bonsai specimen, especially for beginners.

Junipers do need to be grown outside...they prefer a sunny location and a chill down in the winter.

OP is in the Philippines.

I E-mailed my sister in law. She's from the Philippines. Maybe she knows.
It still looks like a common juniper though.
