berry planting

My husband collected some berries from a shrub when walking in the bush. We are not sure what they are. They are small red berries in clumps. I'm not looking for the berry to be identified, but am wondering if we can plant the berries from the bush and grow a shrub?

if you dont want to know what it is.. how can we tell you it is a shrub.. and will grow into a shrub???

seeds are seeds... they will grow into whatever they are ... i dont know if that is a shrub ...

need a pic of the seeds.. or the plant taken from to ID it

hope you arent spreading an invasive ...

Ken is right, Sandra. Before anyone can offer any intelligent advice about the propagation of this plant you saw, we need to know what it is. You should know what it is, too, for a variety of reasons, before attempting to plant it in your own yard.

I agree. The only thing you know, "clusters of red berries," can generate a long list of very undesirable plants.
