Dentatum most resistant to Viburnum Boerer?

From what I could find, Dentatum is the "most" resistant to Viburnum Boerer. In fact the only one that is.

In Wisconsin the pest is a problem, to my surprise Dentatum is one of the few viburnums I don't have.

Anyone recommend a particular cultivar of Dentatum?

I'm looking to replace a diablo ninebark screen that is in full sun, slight slope so a fairly poor dry soil.

8' tall would be perfect for height.

I grow 'Chicago Lustre' and 'Blue Muffin'.... both - no problems with pests or disease. B.Muffin is publicized to grow to 4-5', but it grows just as tall as Chicago, 8-10'.
